I evolved from a broker to a founding member of Amexco Capital LLC with one core realization: there is a tremendous, untapped value locked within SMEs, private businesses and commercial real estate. Traditional financing is slow, restrictive, and fails to provide a viable path to liquidity. We founded Amexco to solve this problem.
This experience has culminated in the development of a powerful model that we are now launching through a Regulation A+ Tier I / Tier II offering. We are building a new kind of enterprise: a publicly-traded entity (eREIT) created through a SPAC to facilitate a "qualifying transaction" with potential investment business partners such you.
